RTO Driving Licence |
The rto licence or driving licence in India is issued by the individual states. Usually the rto licence gives the authority to the licence holder for driving within the state in which it has been issued. However some licences have an ‘All India Driving Permit’ or the driving licences could be transferred for use in another state. The minimum age should be 18 years for the licence of all vehicles; however the minimum age for the licence of motor cycle with below 50cc engine capacity has to be 16 years.
